Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Sovra. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If your account is provided by an organisation, that organisation may administer it and these terms apply alongside any agreement we have with them.

The service

Sovra gives you a team of AI agents that remember context and take actions you ask for, including in third-party services you choose to connect. We may change, add or remove features as the product evolves, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

AI output can be wrong. Agents may misunderstand a request, produce inaccurate information or take an action in a connected service that you did not intend. Review output before relying on it, and use the confirmation controls in the product for consequential actions. You remain responsible for the actions taken in your connected accounts.

Connected services

When you connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, GitHub or another provider, you authorise Sovra to access that service on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you confirm you are entitled to grant them. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sovra to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or unsolicited messages, harass anyone, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. Do not probe, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service's security or usage limits, resell the service without our agreement, or use it to build a competing model from our output.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the output generated for you. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

Sovra, its software, design, agents and brand are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.

Fees

Some plans are paid. Prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Termination

You can stop using Sovra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impractical, giving notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service or its output will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to shaun@sovra.ae.
