Why we’re building Sovra.
AI changed what software can do. It hasn’t changed how much it remembers, and that gap is the whole problem.

You can have the same conversation with an assistant ten times and it still doesn’t know you. Every session starts from zero. Every preference has to be repeated. Every hard won bit of context evaporates the moment you close the tab.
In a company it’s worse. The person who knew how the renewal really worked just left, and their knowledge left with them. The process everyone followed lived in one head. Nothing remembered how the work actually got done.
What we decided to build
Not a smarter chatbot. A team of named specialists who each do what they’re best at, sitting on top of one persistent, compounding memory.
That memory keeps what matters and skips the noise. It connects facts across people, projects, and goals. It stays current on its own. And every answer it gives traces back to where it learned it: a quiet citation, never a black box.
Where it goes
For a person, it quietly runs the busywork of a complex life. For an organisation, it captures the knowledge that usually walks out the door, maps how work really flows, heals its own gaps, and rolls insight up from every person to leadership.
That’s the practical path to becoming an AI native organisation: not ripping everything out, just capturing what you already know, and letting it act.
